Lauren Conrad, Kristen Ess, and Amy Nadine are the lovely ladies behind The Beauty Department, an online beauty hub where you can find your ‘daily dose of pretty’. My first visit was a few days ago, and I loved it! Why? Because they have ridiculously easy hair, make up, and nail art tutorials, DIY treatments, an adorable inspirations page, and a great youtube tutorial video selection. Also, their website is super cute. :)
